The storage of PE hot melt pipe is very important

In fact, it is not only PE hot-melt pipe fittings, but also pipes and pipe fittings should be stored in the warehouse or simple shed with good ventilation and temperature not exceeding 40 ℃. Pipes shall be stacked horizontally on flat supports or ground. The stacking height should not exceed 1.5m. When the pipes are bundled into 1mx1m square bundles with support protection on both sides, the stacking height can be appropriately increased, but should not exceed 3M. The pipe fittings should be stacked orderly layer by layer to ensure that they do not collapse and are easy to take and manage.

PE hot-melt pipe fittings and pipes should be covered when they are temporarily stacked outdoors. When the pipes are stored, the pipes with different diameters and wall thicknesses shall be stacked separately. When the pipes are transported, they must be hoisted with non-metallic ropes. Pipes and fittings shall be handled with care and arranged in order. Throwing and dragging along the ground are not allowed. Severe impact is strictly prohibited when handling pipes and fittings in cold weather.

In addition, PE hot-melt pipe fittings should also be paid attention to when transporting. When transporting pipes by vehicles, they should be placed on the bottom of flat cars. When shipping, they should be placed in flat cabins. During transportation, the whole length of straight pipe shall be supported, and coil pipes shall be stacked neatly. The straight pipe and coil pipe shall be bound and fixed to avoid collision with each other, and there shall be no sharp convex objects that may damage the pipe.
